Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead recruitment efforts, driving end-to-end hiring processes that meet business needs and SLAs through strategic planning and timely execution. * Collaborate with hiring managers to architect role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria, ensuring efficient bulk and critical hiring. * Drive quality hires by implementing structured assessment methods and standardized selection processes that yield top talent. * Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting to optimize channels for cost and quality. * Cultivate talent pipelines and passive candidate networks, utilizing market insights to attract elite talent and bolster employer branding initiatives. * Analyze recruitment metrics, including pipeline, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates, to identify areas for improvement and enhance hiring efficiency. * Craft and refine job descriptions that embody employer branding standards, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. * Ensure regulatory compliance, overseeing pre-employment checks and maintaining meticulous documentation to support audit requirements. * Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement, harnessing the power of recruitment automation tools and ATS technology. * Champion employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, career sessions, and digital campaigns, to position the organization as a top employer. * Foster strategic partnerships with business leaders and HR teams to proactively address hiring challenges and support key initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Experience

6–8 years

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other data analysis toolsHands-on experience with ATS/recruitment systems and HR technology toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and dashboardsGood knowledge of recruitment compliance, labor regulations, and governance practices

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Management, or any relevant discipline
  • Master’s degree (MBA/MBM or equivalent) in HRM, Business Administration, or related field

Additional Requirements

  • Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Analytics
