Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead community engagement initiatives, serving as a liaison between community groups and the general public to foster inclusive development.
* Architect and establish four voluntary groups within the Rohingya community, comprising men, women, youth boys, and youth girls, through participatory methods and protection principles.
* Foster strong relationships with group members through regular field visits, addressing community concerns and issues through collaborative problem-solving.
* Design and deliver weekly meetings and awareness sessions on social, health, and other relevant issues, aligning with UN and BRAC guidelines.
* Develop and implement innovative voluntary projects to enhance community participation, build capacities, and drive engagement at the camp level.
* Drive project implementation by planning and managing logistics and financial requisitions, ensuring seamless execution.
* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, including Cluster Focal, Imams, and teachers, to promote collaborative development.
* Lead safeguarding efforts, ensuring the safety and well-being of programme participants, team members, and community members from harm, abuse, and exploitation.
* Embed safeguarding principles into daily operations, promoting a culture of safety and respect, and providing guidance and expertise to team members.
* Implement and enforce safeguarding standards, reporting incidents and encouraging others to do so, to maintain a safe working environment.

- Bachelor/Honors Bachelor in any discipline from any UGC approved university or institute
