* Drive production excellence by implementing plans, meeting delivery schedules, and overseeing daily operations through effective supervision and monitoring. * Architect production plans by analyzing orders and samples, and creating effective loading plans to ensure timely delivery. * Lead quality control efforts by supervising production, confirming receipt of quality raw materials, and minimizing costs and rejection rates. * Manage daily production reports, communicating insights to management and informing data-driven decisions. * Foster a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and retaining workers, and promoting strong leadership, morale, and employee relations. * Build community relationships by collecting artisans and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including design, cutting, embroideries, quality control, and finance. * Cultivate external partnerships with vendors, media partners, and promotional service providers to drive business growth. * Develop and deliver regular reports on production, sales, marketing, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions. * Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives to enhance production and marketing performance. * Champion safeguarding efforts by ensuring the safety and well-being of programme participants, team members, and external stakeholders. * Embed safeguarding policies and standards into daily operations, promoting a culture of safety and respect. * Serve as a safeguarding expert, providing guidance and support to establish a safe working environment and encouraging incident reporting.
