* Drive sales growth by promoting Concord Real Estate & Building Products Limited's diverse portfolio of products. * Architect and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, leveraging direct marketing, database marketing, and telemarketing to achieve business objectives. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues via phone and in-person interactions. * Secure new business opportunities by collecting bookings and down payments from prospective clients. * Foster strong relationships with clients to unlock potential sales opportunities and drive long-term growth. * Lead meetings with potential clients to showcase projects and build interest in the company's offerings. * Manage customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain seamless service delivery. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of industry marketing information to inform sales strategies. * Analyze sales performance metrics, tracking growth and comparing results to prior months to identify areas for improvement. * Ensure timely collection and target recovery of payments to meet business goals. * Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. * Hunt for new customer leads and generate opportunities to fuel business expansion. * Prepare and finalize sales agreements, including deeds of agreement, and issue company correspondence in accordance with established policies.
