* Spearhead order management from sampling to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. * Identify and partner with qualified vendors, overseeing production processes to guarantee high-quality outcomes. * Drive negotiations with customers and vendors to secure optimal pricing, fostering mutually beneficial relationships. * Architect and manage merchandising operations, leveraging expertise in fabric, consumption, and order follow-up to drive efficiency. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution. * Manage and control records of buyer-supplied materials, utilizing spreadsheets to track fabric types, patterns, consumption, and reference POs. * Oversee daily updates of buyer-supplied materials, preparing Delivery Order Sheets and coordinating material transfers between factories. * Collaborate with trading teams to import materials, reporting on pending orders and ensuring timely receipt of goods. * Conduct bi-annual physical inventory of buyer-supplied materials, maintaining accurate records and implementing idle fabric management plans. * Lead with a self-driven, dynamic, and results-oriented approach, demonstrating honesty, responsibility, and excellent time management skills. * Utilize MS Office and email expertise to drive operational efficiency, coupled with strong public dealing and interpersonal skills to build robust relationships. * Work independently with buyers, ensuring smooth and timely order execution, and driving business growth through strategic merchandising initiatives.
