Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development of precise patterns that meet buyer requirements and technical specifications, ensuring seamless production. * Drive the interpretation of technical documents, including PID, TP, and buyer comments, to inform pattern creation and garment development. * Architect and maintain accurate garment patterns, ensuring proper fit and balance on dress forms and mannequins. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the Buying Technical Department and Production Team, to resolve pattern and fitting-related issues. * Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted production workflows. * Develop and communicate clear call-outs and clarifications to address PID and production feasibility concerns. * Leverage Optitex pattern and marker software to optimize pattern development and marker making. * Convert patterns between various software formats to facilitate seamless collaboration and production. * Lead the creation of high-quality ladies' wear patterns, prioritizing accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. * Conduct thorough reviews of buyer-provided files, consulting with department heads to clarify requirements and ensure alignment. * Manage and maintain technical documents and records, ensuring data integrity and compliance. * Develop and execute strategic plans to address critical or urgent tasks, driving timely and effective solutions. * Operate with agility, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in pattern making/cutting for woven and knit
  • Minimum 5 years experience in pattern making of Ladies Wear for woven
  • Knowledge of various types of woven fabrics
  • Goal orientation, communication & Collaboration, positive & proactive and planning & organizing
  • Appropriate knowledge and skill on garment jobs
  • Well knowledge of pattern making both manually and directly through the computer
  • Better knowledge of Computer all office file
  • Mail Communication and internet browsing
  • Maintaining the mentality of following all the rules and regulations of the office
