Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales operations excellence by managing backend processes, ensuring seamless execution of trade promotions, and optimizing distributor operations across all channels. * Lead administrative support for the field sales team, maintaining accurate records of distributor agreements, sales targets, pricing structures, and trade schemes. * Architect and implement effective onboarding processes for sales officers and distributors, ensuring compliance with required criteria and providing training on sales force automation, outlet categorization, and sales basics. * Foster strong relationships with sales officers, understanding bottlenecks, resolving issues, and maintaining performance through regular communication and feedback. * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, finance, HR, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly. * Develop and maintain a centralized information hub for the sales team, collecting and analyzing data on sales performance, team movements, and plan justifications. * Manage order processing in ERP, facilitating communication between sales and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Design and deliver training programs for sales officers on sales force automation, addressing bottlenecks and issues to ensure optimal usage. * Drive trade marketing initiatives by preparing, communicating, and tracking trade offers and promotional campaigns, and verifying and processing trade claims submitted by distributors and trade partners. * Analyze and report sales data, providing insights and support for sales performance analysis and review presentations, and collaborating with the MIS team for timely and accurate sales reporting. * Manage distributor relationships, facilitating onboarding, and coordinating damage management to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company policies. * Conduct thorough exit interviews with sales officers and distributors to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales operations.

Requirements

Experience

At least 2 years

Skills

Strong administrative and coordination skillsBasic understanding of FMCG sales processes and trade channelsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelGood communication and follow-up abilityKnowledge of ERP systemsDetail-oriented and organized

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification

Additional Requirements

  • Additional training or certification in Sales Operations, ERP, or Data Management
