Program Officer

* Spearhead the implementation and monitoring of SMC's Vision Screening Project, driving its success at the field level through effective promotion and community engagement. * Architect field-level program activities to achieve project targets, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. * Lead the training and capacity-building of Blue Star Providers, empowering them to deliver high-quality vision screening services and distribute reading glasses effectively. * Drive on-site coaching and supervision at BSP outlets, ensuring adherence to project standards and best practices. * Develop and execute awareness campaigns at the community level, promoting presbyopia correction and increasing access to reading glasses through strategic partnerships. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Area Office Program, Sales, IT, and Logistics, to ensure aligned project goals and objectives. * Manage the supply chain and distribution network, working closely with assigned distributors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to providers and outlets.
