Senior Project Coordinator (Construction Management / Civil Engineering)

* Spearhead on-site project execution, driving timely delivery and strict quality control across multidisciplinary construction activities. * Architect detailed project schedules, tracking baseline vs. actual progress to ensure alignment with technical specifications and timelines. * Oversee high-quality construction activities, including structural works, masonry, and finishing, to guarantee compliance with approved design drawings and specifications. * Drive quality assurance and quality control initiatives, conducting thorough checks on materials, workmanship, and testing to ensure compliance with BNBC and safety standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors, to resolve technical issues and ensure execution alignment. * Monitor and optimize site productivity, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance to minimize delays and risks. * Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks, implementing corrective and preventive action plans to ensure project success. * Manage site documentation, progress reports, and MIS reporting, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of project progress. * Ensure flawless implementation of finishing details, including fair-face concrete, cladding, and architectural works, to meet project specifications and quality standards. * Enforce and maintain stringent HSE standards on-site, prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of all personnel and stakeholders.
