Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by delivering exceptional client experiences and targeted follow-ups to meet assigned targets. * Spearhead the sales of residential apartments and commercial space rentals/leasing, leveraging expertise to maximize revenue. * Foster lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell properties. * Prospect new customers through strategic outreach, including calls, meetings, site visits, and networking events. * Lead site visits and client meetings to convert leads into sales, ensuring seamless project delivery. * Manage sales inquiries, providing personalized solutions that meet customer needs and preferences. * Collaborate with the marketing team to architect and execute promotional campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring data-driven sales strategies. * Develop and submit regular sales reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. * Stay ahead of market trends, project developments, and competitor activity to optimize sales performance. * Partner with team leaders to streamline sales operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • Hands-on experience in apartment sales and commercial property leasing / rentals
  • Must be willing to work in a challenging, target-oriented environment
  • Smart, energetic, self-motivated, and result-driven
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
  • Customer-friendly attitude with professional behavior
  • Ability to convince and close sales effectively
  • Proficiency in Bangla and English (spoken & written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and internet applications
