Business Coordinator/ Sr. Business Coordinator (Contractual)- Deposit Mobilization

* Drive business growth by meeting monthly and yearly deposit targets, while expanding the portfolio through strategic initiatives. * Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients, leveraging these connections to identify new opportunities and build loyalty. * Lead retention efforts, minimizing premature encashments and maximizing mature encashments to optimize portfolio performance. * Conduct daily sales visits, providing regular progress updates to the Head of Deposit Mobilization and adjusting strategies as needed. * Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless experiences and resolving issues promptly. * Manage the deposit form submission process, verifying accuracy and completeness, and collaborating with the operations department to rectify any errors. * Address and resolve team-related issues, including audit and compliance concerns, integrity matters, and disciplinary actions, to maintain a high-performing and accountable team. * Develop and implement the team's Daily Visit Plan and Monthly Business Projection, aligning activities with business objectives and tracking progress. * Collaborate with team members to engage potential customers, providing guidance and support to drive sales and growth. * Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to achieving departmental goals.
