Senior Executive (Tour Package, Visa)

• Spearhead client interactions, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on travel services, including Visa and tour packages. • Design and deliver tailored travel itineraries, bundling services to meet diverse client needs. • Drive business growth by generating leads from corporate accounts and travel agencies, leveraging an online B2B booking engine. • Prospect for new sales opportunities, identifying potential customers and developing strategic outreach plans. • Launch the sales process by scheduling appointments, delivering initial presentations, and gathering account requirements. • Collaborate with the Business Developer to craft a comprehensive sales plan, aligning with business objectives. • Accelerate outside sales development through proactive, results-driven activities. • Develop and submit sales reports, tracking and accounting for all sales activities to inform data-driven decisions. • Monitor and pursue individual, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, ensuring consistent progress and achievement. • Deliver exceptional support for Visa, hotel booking, and package tour services, ensuring seamless client experiences. • Foster and maintain strong relationships with airlines and GDS personnel, facilitating collaborative partnerships. • Execute additional tasks related to travel booking and client communications, as assigned by the employer, to drive business success.
