• Spearhead the review of new tech packs and developments to pinpoint critical areas and provide actionable insights to factories. • Drive product and process enhancements, recommending innovative solutions that optimize production for knitting, linking, and construction without compromising garment aesthetics. • Champion customer-centric production, ensuring all requirements are met and exceeded based on customer tech packs. • Architect production planning, securing factory space in advance and maintaining a dynamic capacity utilization chart to inform strategic decisions. • Foster long-term partnerships with production, printing, and embroidery factories, selecting and visiting key sites to drive future growth. • Assess factory performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and recommending targeted solutions to the Team Leader. • Facilitate swift decision-making by collaborating with the Team Leader and Quality Manager on critical issues, ensuring prompt resolution. • Lead responsive customer communication, ensuring timely email responses and proactive issue resolution. • Embed ethical behavior and business practices, promoting a culture of integrity and alignment with organizational values, and encouraging others to do the same.
