Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead plant-wide IT operations, driving high availability, security, performance, and compliance of all site IT systems and computerized platforms.
* Architect and maintain enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, network services, cybersecurity, databases, end-user computing, and support services to ensure seamless business and plant operations.
* Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of business, manufacturing, quality, and other site applications to guarantee reliable and efficient operation.
* Manage servers, storage, network connectivity, hardware, backup systems, disaster recovery readiness, and collaboration and communication tools to ensure optimal IT infrastructure.
* Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity controls, including user access management, patching, endpoint protection, system monitoring, and compliance with IT policies and standards.
* Drive computerized system validation, data integrity, change management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance for GxP-relevant systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
* Lead IT planning, budgeting, technology upgrades, capacity enhancement, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives to align with business and compliance needs.
* Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of process machinery, maximizing utilization and efficiency in production units.
* Collaborate on the installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of machinery and equipment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
* Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies for process machinery and spare parts, minimizing downtime and optimizing production.
* Maintain accurate engineering history files, engineering drawings, and other validation documents to ensure compliance and transparency.
* Design and deliver comprehensive engineering SOPs and EOPs, providing training and support to staff to ensure seamless operations.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification to mitigate potential hazards and implement control measures, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Develop and deliver targeted EHS training programs, promoting a culture of safety and compliance among all employees.
* Architect and implement comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs, driving a proactive approach to incident prevention and environmental sustainability.
* Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents promptly and thoroughly, implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize risk.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, including air, water, and waste management, and promote energy conservation and sustainable practices throughout the organization.

Experience
2 to 6 years
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- B. Sc in Computer Science / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Environment Science
Additional Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts
- Well conversant with MS-Office
