Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead business opportunity evaluation, conducting thorough feasibility analyses and defining value propositions for validated partnerships. * Architect go-to-market strategies, designing end-to-end frameworks that drive business growth and developing positioning strategies tailored to target markets. * Drive commercialization and launch execution, leading cross-functional teams to deliver new product and business launches on schedule and on budget. * Manage P&L performance, setting revenue targets and cost budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing corrective actions to ensure proactive financial oversight. * Foster strong partnerships, maintaining relationships with local and international partners, representing the organization in key meetings, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business success. * Champion business transition, defining criteria and timelines for handing over mature ventures to permanent business units, and preparing comprehensive handover documentation to ensure seamless transition. * Develop and track key performance indicators, creating dashboards and performance metrics to measure launch success and inform data-driven decision-making. * Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across internal functions and external partner organizations, and driving regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements for new venture operationalization.

Requirements

Experience

8 to 12 years

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Finance, Strategic Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Finance, Strategic Management
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Food Science & Technology
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy

Additional Requirements

  • 8 – 10 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Product Management, or Business/Product Commercialization
  • Demonstrated experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Service industry within Bangladesh
  • Proven track record in launching new products/businesses and driving sustainable revenue growth
  • Hands-on experience in GTM planning, trade marketing, channel development, and new market penetration
  • Exposure to working with foreign business principals or multinational partner organizations is an added advantage
