Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by regularly visiting assigned modern trade outlets to ensure seamless order collection and optimal stock levels.
* Foster strong relationships with store managers and buyers to negotiate prime shelf space and enhance product visibility.
* Architect in-store experiences that align with brand guidelines, including flawless display, pricing, and planogram execution.
* Spearhead promotional campaigns, visibility initiatives, and special displays to captivate customers and boost sales.
* Conduct competitor analysis, monitoring pricing, promotions, and market trends to uncover valuable insights and opportunities.
* Collaborate with distributors and warehouses to streamline logistics, ensuring timely delivery and replenishment of products.
* Analyze sales performance, providing actionable weekly reports and outlet feedback to inform business decisions.
* Resolve on-ground issues promptly, including stockouts, returns, and disputes, to maintain strong relationships with store management.
* Manage point-of-sale materials and promotional assets, ensuring they are accurately placed and maintained to maximize brand impact.
* Support the launch of new products and seasonal initiatives, driving engagement and sales through targeted in-store programs.
