Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales order processing in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Manage customer and party ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Execute delivery order processing, adhering to predefined SOPs.
* Create and process money receipts, maintaining precise financial records.
* Oversee customer accounts, monitoring activity and identifying areas for improvement.
* Lead sales activities in alignment with BSRM's sales policy, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Architect a robust invoice checking process, guaranteeing accuracy and attention to detail.
* Monitor credit limits, driving timely collection of outstanding payments and minimizing financial risk.
* Develop and deliver MIS reports on schedule, providing actionable insights for business growth.
* Generate in-stock reports for sales offices, enabling informed decision-making.
* Provide comprehensive documentation support for dealer empanelment, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
* Prepare and distribute reports on pending delivery lists, facilitating prompt issue resolution.
* Maintain up-to-date dealer files, referencing established checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy.
* Deliver prompt responses to customer and sales team queries, fostering a culture of exceptional service and support.
