Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Architect and implement effective sales channel activation plans, fostering strong partnerships with dealers and distributors to boost sales performance.
* Drive sales team productivity and revenue growth through targeted coaching, guidance, and supervision, ensuring alignment with daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
* Conduct thorough distribution mapping to optimize coverage, reach, and customer base expansion, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies, leveraging market analysis and ongoing monitoring to inform data-driven decisions.
* Champion demand generation initiatives, leading the development and execution of consumer engagement and trade marketing plans that drive business growth.
* Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the sales team, inspiring members to take responsibility for business growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
* Lead market and customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction, gather insights, and identify opportunities for sales process improvements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring consistent and compelling value propositions that drive business credibility and growth.
* Deliver actionable market insights and recommendations through regular reporting, informing sales growth strategies and driving business expansion.
* Manage sales performance metrics, ensuring timely collections, revenue targets, and alignment with the annual business plan to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Requirements
Experience
At least 10 years
Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Battery Industry
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduate/BBA/MBA
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels, dealer management, and retail sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
