Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by architecting and executing strategic plans for ACI's property and PropTech verticals, focusing on expansion into new markets and integration of digital solutions. * Identify and capitalize on high-growth segments, investment opportunities, and scalable business models to propel revenue growth and market dominance. * Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, leveraging market research and trend analysis to inform revenue pipelines and drive business development. * Foster strategic partnerships with PropTech companies, managing the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing to closure and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners and technologies. * Stay ahead of the curve by tracking global and regional trends, bringing innovative solutions to the local market and positioning ACI as a leader in Bangladesh's emerging PropTech space. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, regulators, and industry bodies, to drive business growth and stay informed about market developments. * Represent ACI in industry forums, events, and public-private platforms, negotiating partnerships and maintaining a robust pipeline of business opportunities. * Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions, developing monetization models and business cases for new initiatives and providing strategic insights on competitors and market shifts. * Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, including pipeline growth, conversions, and revenue contribution, using CRM systems to drive forecasting accuracy and sales activation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and launch new initiatives, developing proposals, pitch decks, and sales support materials as needed. * Lead cross-functional initiatives for new launches and expansions, driving strategic growth and ensuring alignment with ACI's mission and values.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Graduation from any reputed university

Additional Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development/strategy
  • Experience in real estate, partnerships, startups, or PropTech within Bangladesh
  • Strong in CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of local property and real estate dynamics
  • Strategic thinker
  • Confident deal-maker
