Key Responsibilities
* Architect and manage a comprehensive market intelligence system, harnessing data sources, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions
* Drive competitor tracking, monitoring their activities, pricing, and market positioning to stay ahead of the competition
* Uncover emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable insights that propel business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify intelligence needs, support planning, and enable data-driven decision-making
* Foster relationships with industry bodies, research firms, and government sources to gather valuable insights and stay informed
* Develop and deliver regular intelligence reports, dashboards, and briefings to leadership, ensuring timely and impactful decision-making
* Design and implement a performance measurement framework, leveraging KPIs, OKRs, and dashboards to track ROI, pipeline, campaigns, and conversion metrics
* Lead market research initiatives, including surveys and studies, to gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior, demand, and satisfaction
* Conduct regular market visits to gather real-time insights, track competitor activity, and identify areas for improvement
* Inform segmentation, personas, and demand forecasting efforts with data-driven insights, driving business strategy and growth
* Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base, standardizing reporting and ensuring seamless access to critical information
* Manage and analyze large datasets, converting complex information into clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations that drive business outcomes

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Economics
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
- Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- MBA or a Master`s degree in Market Research, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in market intelligence, business analytics, market research, or strategic planning
- Prior exposure to working within a FMCG, real estate, conglomerate, or multi-sector corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with CRM analytics, survey platforms, and social listening tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for executive-level presentation design
- Analytical rigor and ability to synthesize complex, multi-source data into clear strategic insight
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
