Merchandiser/ Associate Merchandiser

* Spearhead product development and costing initiatives, driving business growth through effective merchandising strategies. * Architect sample development processes, collaborating with factories and buyers to ensure timely and accurate sample submissions and approvals. * Develop and manage critical path timelines and production plans, aligning with buyer delivery dates and driving on-time production. * Foster strong relationships with factories, buyers, and internal teams to source and develop fabrics and trims, ensuring seamless production and timely approvals. * Lead cross-functional teams, including QA, buyer, and factory representatives, to arrange and facilitate RAM and pre-production meetings, size set submissions, and review and approval processes. * Drive daily production status updates, ensuring bulk production aligns with production plans and identifying areas for improvement. * Proactively communicate production deviations, involving stakeholders in timely action and ensuring on-time delivery. * Identify and address root causes of production delays, collaborating with factories and teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery. * Analyze pilot audit and daily quality audit reports, monitoring defect rectification and reporting concerns to supervisors and QA managers. * Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure factory adherence to buyer requirements, preparing updates for supervisor review and action. * Manage and coordinate compliance updates, driving business excellence and ensuring Infinity Global Partners' high standards are met.
