* Drive product development, costing, and price negotiation to secure competitive costs for buyers, leveraging expertise to optimize pricing strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buyers, suppliers, and merchandising teams, to negotiate prices, lead times, and delivery dates, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. * Lead the sampling approval process, ensuring timely submission and approval of samples, and proactively resolve sample-related issues with factories and buyers. * Architect and implement critical path management, identifying potential delays and taking proactive measures to ensure on-time delivery, while adhering to strict timelines and deadlines. * Manage fabric and trim approval processes, bulk in-house dates, and garment production schedules, utilizing monitoring tools and data to optimize efficiency and productivity. * Foster strong relationships with buyers and their local offices, scheduling quality inspections and compliance audits, while maintaining open and transparent communication channels. * Deliver timely and clear updates on order status to buyers, factories, and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management. * Partner with the QA team to ensure the highest product quality standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence. * Ensure factory compliance with buyer requirements, working closely with compliance teams to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory adherence. * Build and maintain buyer confidence through consistent execution, effective communication, and timely action, driving long-term partnerships and business growth. * Develop and mentor team members, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance team capabilities, and assume additional responsibilities as needed to drive business objectives.
