Senior Compliance Auditor

* Lead internal audits to ensure adherence to ethical standards, workplace safety, and environmental regulations, conducting assessments across Bangladesh with a positive and proactive mindset. * Drive the CAP review process, monitoring internal control systems and preparing comprehensive audit reports that align with ETI base code and customer COC requirements. * Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to develop and implement CAPs, provide feedback on remediation programs, and coordinate with management, clients, and stakeholders through site visits and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction. * Architect and implement company policies and procedures, generating reports on audit findings and development visits to inform management of deviations and recommend remediation strategies for sustainable growth. * Conduct periodic internal audits, independent audits, and investigations, as well as joint audits with local Compliance Team members, to ensure due diligence and consistency within established standards and timelines. * Prepare factories for various audits, including social, ethical, technical, environmental, supply chain security, safety, and QMS assessments, to ensure readiness and compliance. * Manage and monitor internal, third-party, and customer compliance reports, identifying and mitigating potential business-critical issues and highlighting risks to relevant stakeholders and compliance teams. * Develop and deliver training programs for supplier factory employees on compliance policies and procedures, including zero-tolerance violations, customer COC, and other compliance matters, to drive business excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.
