Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the creation of technical specifications for new garments in collaboration with designers, driving innovation and excellence. * Architect and manage sample development and production processes, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes. * Drive quality control initiatives, conducting rigorous checks on samples and finished products to guarantee exceptional standards. * Identify and resolve technical issues in garment construction, proposing enhancements to optimize production efficiency. * Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. * Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements, applying knowledge to inform design and production decisions. * Oversee order fulfillment, tracking progress from development to shipment and ensuring timely delivery. * Orchestrate workflow coordination with production, washing, and quality teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and efficiency. * Develop and maintain critical documents, including order sheets, T&A plans, and reports, to support informed decision-making. * Monitor sample development milestones, including fit, pre-production, and shipment samples, to ensure alignment with buyer requirements. * Ensure product quality meets or exceeds buyer expectations and compliance standards, upholding the company's reputation for excellence. * Proactively manage raw materials and accessories, mitigating potential production delays and ensuring uninterrupted workflow. * Provide operational support to Senior Merchandiser/Manager, contributing to the success of daily activities and strategic initiatives.
