Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead comprehensive HR operations, driving strategic alignment and business growth as a trusted HRBP. * Architect workforce plans, forecasting manpower requirements to meet project demands and business objectives. * Drive talent acquisition, designing and executing recruitment strategies for technical and project-based roles. * Develop and implement data-driven performance management systems, tracking KPIs to optimize employee performance. * Foster positive employee relations, resolving grievances and addressing disciplinary matters with fairness and transparency. * Craft and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to regulatory requirements. * Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and regulatory mandates, mitigating risks and safeguarding the organization's reputation. * Ignite employee engagement, retention, and cultural initiatives, cultivating a high-performance work environment that fuels business success. * Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning and development programs, empowering employees to reach their full potential. * Provide actionable HR insights and analytics, informing management decisions and driving strategic growth. * Facilitate open communication and collaboration across business units, serving as a central HR liaison and championing a unified organizational culture.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS)
  • Bachelor`s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline

Additional Requirements

  • Only Male
  • Hands-on experience in real estate/construction/developer companies
  • Strong background in managing project-based HR
  • Experience in KPI, performance management, compliance, and talent acquisition
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
