Operations Manager Night Shift (Call Center / BPO)

• Spearhead the launch and management of innovative campaigns, including lead generation, cold calling, telesales, and customer support initiatives. • Collaborate with international clients, primarily based in the USA, to architect and execute tailored campaign strategies. • Build and lead high-performing teams by recruiting, training, and mentoring team leaders and agents to drive success. • Design and develop effective scripts, call flows, and performance optimization strategies to boost campaign results. • Drive data-driven decision making by monitoring and analyzing key daily KPIs, including conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue targets. • Ensure seamless quality assurance and compliance across all campaigns, maintaining the highest standards of excellence. • Proactively optimize campaign performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements to maximize results. • Develop and deliver insightful daily and weekly performance reports to management, providing actionable recommendations for growth. • Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional communication, strategic account management, and a customer-centric approach.
