Key Responsibilities

* Lead the implementation of the Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) desk activities, ensuring seamless registration of complaints, feedback, and queries into the digital system (CAIPP) and adherence to established standards and schedules. * Drive the performance of CFM Desk Volunteers (COMs), providing guidance, supervision, and monitoring to guarantee high-quality service delivery, protocol adherence, and regular presence during working hours. * Manage and maintain accurate information and data systems, including service mapping, daily data entry, and systematic cross-checking to ensure data integrity and precision. * Facilitate timely referral, follow-up, and advocacy with relevant stakeholders to resolve cases efficiently, following established referral pathways and protocols. * Oversee the operationality of CFM desks, ensuring the availability of necessary documents, communication materials, and secure submission processes for confidential feedback. * Disseminate verified key messages and information to the community, maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and context-specific information to enhance awareness and access to services. * Architect community outreach and engagement strategies, collaborating with local structures and groups to promote awareness and access to services, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. * Represent the organisation at Sectoral Coordination Meetings, sharing updates, challenges, and community feedback to inform programme improvement and continuous coordination. * Champion the safety and well-being of programme participants, team members, and the community, ensuring a secure and respectful environment, and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures to prevent harm, abuse, and exploitation. * Embed safeguarding principles into every aspect of the programme, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and accountability, and providing guidance and expertise to establish a secure working environment. * Drive the implementation of safeguarding standards and reporting procedures, encouraging a culture of transparency and accountability, and ensuring that all reportable incidents are addressed promptly and effectively.
