Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead sales team operations, tracking customer engagement plans to drive target achievement * Uncover new business prospects and customer needs, converting them into actionable sales leads * Foster an extensive professional network and continually update the customer pipeline * Nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty * Conduct market research, analyze sales trends, and monitor industry developments to inform strategic business planning and execution * Develop and implement tailored plans to meet sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives * Gather and analyze competitor market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition * Create insightful reports on sales performance and market growth opportunities, presenting findings to senior management * Oversee the planning, design, and development of land projects, ensuring seamless compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards
