Project Officer (Protection)

* Spearhead awareness and training initiatives, collaborating with men and boys at the Men & Boys Centre to identify and address their unique needs, interests, and priorities, and provide culturally sensitive support. * Design and implement adolescent-friendly environments, delivering issue-based awareness sessions on key topics such as sexual and reproductive health, GBV prevention, and nutrition, while also providing vocational training and refresher courses to foster self-reliance and skill-building. * Foster community engagement by forming and supporting men and boys groups, empowering them to develop strategies for GBV and SGBV prevention, protection, and mitigation, and facilitating their participation in coordination meetings to amplify their voices. * Drive leadership development among men and boys through community-level meetings and training, conducting field visits and outdoor mobilization efforts to motivate and inspire group members. * Lead documentation and reporting efforts, including preparing monthly activity reports, contributing to programmatic reports, and submitting monthly case studies, while ensuring accurate data management and information storage within the Men & Boys Centre.
