Case Worker

* Spearhead GBV case response by obtaining informed consent, classifying, and registering cases, while ensuring the immediate safety and dignity of survivors through tailored support services. * Drive survivor-centered approaches, adhering to GBV guiding principles, and facilitate ethical referrals to specialized service providers, maintaining utmost confidentiality and dignity. * Architect case conferences for survivors as needed, and implement a secure case filing system, adhering to information sharing protocols and storing sensitive data in locked cabinets. * Lead data management efforts by inputting case information into Primero/GBVIMS+ systems, ensuring regular updates and compliance with data protection principles. * Collaborate with GBV case management supervisors to develop and implement coaching and supervision plans, and provide technical support to case management volunteers to enhance their capabilities. * Champion awareness-raising campaigns and social mobilization initiatives, promoting GBV prevention and response efforts within the protection program. * Stay abreast of updated GBV referral pathways, fostering coordination with service providers to ensure timely and effective support for GBV survivors. * Deliver bi-weekly, monthly, and periodic reports to GBV case management supervisors, and input data into GBVIMS, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. * Foster cross-functional collaboration with protection program colleagues, as well as HR, finance, and operations teams, to advance organizational objectives. * Represent the organization in camp-level coordination meetings, as required, and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
