* Drive quality assurance operations by developing strategic plans, implementing production protocols, and analyzing quality metrics to achieve operational objectives. * Architect financial plans by estimating budget requirements, scheduling expenditures, and initiating corrective actions to meet quality assurance financial targets. * Oversee the quality control process, ensuring finishing and packing meet customer specifications and preconditions. * Identify and resolve quality issues by analyzing complex problems, recommending preventive measures, and implementing corrective actions. * Collaborate with audit and pre-inspection teams to address quality concerns and provide support for quality-related issues. * Manage budget execution, ensuring alignment with company plans and projected expenditures. * Analyze statistical data and product specifications to establish quality and reliability standards for finished products. * Monitor daily reports, providing feedback and guidance for corrective and productive actions. * Foster effective communication with cross-functional teams, including buying, merchandising, production, planning, CAD, logistics, and other departments. * Lead staff development by evaluating performance, addressing disciplinary matters, identifying training needs, and supporting career growth. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, integrating these into daily operations. * Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by senior management, driving business objectives and outcomes.
