Manager - Civil (Project)

• Spearhead cross-functional collaborations with engineers, architects, and consultants to shape project visions and requirements • Architect comprehensive project management and construction schedules for new builds, restorations, and refurbishments • Drive stakeholder engagement, working closely with senior management to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes • Manage resource allocation, forecasting manpower, equipment, and materials while maintaining stringent budgetary control • Oversee construction operations, orchestrating intermediate phases to meet deadlines and ensure seamless project progression • Lead high-performing teams of contractors, technicians, and laborers, providing clear direction and communication • Monitor project progress, assessing performance and compiling detailed status reports to inform strategic decisions • Uphold rigorous quality, environmental, and health & safety standards, enforcing compliance and mitigating risks • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and devise corrective actions to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
