Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by setting ambitious targets and developing strategic plans to achieve them * Lead client interactions, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs and exceed expectations * Architect and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base * Manage customer relationships, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Foster strong, long-lasting connections with clients through regular project visits, updates, and follow-ups * Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring data accuracy and relevance * Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell * Pursue new business opportunities, conducting regular follow-ups with prospective clients to drive conversions and revenue growth
