Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead sales operations to drive business growth across multiple projects, leveraging expertise to exceed targets and expand the customer base.
* Architect and execute strategic sales plans, identifying key clients, investors, and partners to fuel growth and stay ahead of market trends.
* Lead high-performing sales teams, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to ensure alignment with company objectives and a performance-driven culture.
* Foster long-term relationships with clients and corporate buyers, delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, after-sales service, and conflict resolution.
* Drive strategic coordination with cross-functional teams, including marketing, CRM, legal, and land departments, to streamline sales processes, documentation, and registration.
* Develop and implement referral and loyalty programs to boost customer retention and advocacy, while handling high-value negotiations and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns, promotions, and events that drive project sales and enhance brand visibility.
* Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and agents, to facilitate sales and promote the company's brand image.
* Represent the company in high-profile events, such as property fairs and expos, to showcase projects and build brand awareness in urban and suburban markets.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences to inform sales strategies and drive business growth, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to top management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
