Officer, Quality Control

* Spearhead the analysis and documentation of incoming raw materials, specimen samples, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Conduct thorough physical and chemical analysis of intermediate, bulk, and finished products to guarantee product integrity. * Drive the analysis and documentation of purified water, WFI, DM, ETP, or waste water, and other critical samples. * Lead long-term and accelerated stability studies of finished products to ensure product stability and shelf-life. * Develop and standardize volumetric solutions, test solutions, buffer solutions, and indicators to support laboratory operations. * Manage the receipt, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory reagents, CRS/RS, and working standards to ensure laboratory efficiency. * Oversee the qualification and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and precision. * Identify and report incidents, out-of-specification, and out-of-trend results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. * Architect and develop SOPs, STPs, and specifications to support laboratory operations and quality management. * Collaborate with department heads to perform special projects and tasks as assigned, driving business growth and excellence.
