Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by acquiring assets, managing liabilities, and minimizing attrition to achieve set targets. • Spearhead cross-selling initiatives to capitalize on new revenue streams and expand customer relationships. • Foster a strong customer base, fueling sustainable portfolio growth and propelling the branch towards priority business objectives. • Cultivate and leverage client relationships to maximize revenue and increase the branch's share of clients' wallets. • Architect and oversee local regulatory frameworks, ensuring seamless compliance and monitoring. • Mitigate business risks and implement robust controls to safeguard operations. • Deliver exceptional, one-stop service to Priority Banking Customers, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction. • Resolve customer feedback and complaints efficiently, driving issue resolution and enhancing the customer experience. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate regulatory audits and other examinations, ensuring seamless execution. • Optimize transaction processing, adhering to stringent standards and maintaining exemplary cash management practices.
