Key Responsibilities

* Drive day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring seamless office management and supporting the General Service department in manpower handling, including security, cleaning, and logistics personnel. * Architect and maintain efficient filing systems, asset management, and documentation processes, guaranteeing compliance with company policies and regulations. * Manage office supplies, tracking inventory and ensuring timely replenishment to support business operations, and coordinate with the Procurement Department for new store setup activities. * Lead the coordination of travel arrangements, logistics, and meeting room bookings, prioritizing executive needs and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments. * Develop and maintain effective reporting and analysis systems, providing insights to management and supporting data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate with the General Service Supervisor to ensure a safe and secure working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a comprehensive checklist. * Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management, supporting the HR function and contributing to the development of a strong organizational foundation. * Oversee the receipt and tracking of materials from vendors, monitoring warehouse stock levels and ensuring efficient logistics support. * Foster open communication across departments, promoting a culture of transparency and cooperation, and perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or General Service Supervisor.
