Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales team performance to exceed targets in primary, secondary sales, and collections, fostering a culture of achievement and accountability.
* Architect and manage a robust distribution network, appointing and developing high-performing distributors to maximize profitability.
* Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, analyzing gaps in routes and markets to uncover potential partnerships and growth areas.
* Develop and execute effective Route-to-Market (RTM) plans, ensuring seamless implementation and continuous improvement.
* Optimize team productivity, leveraging Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and boost performance.
* Motivate and incentivize the field force, ensuring they meet monthly targets and earn incentives, while promoting a results-driven mindset.
* Conduct regular market visits, adhering to Performance Job Plan (PJP) compliance, to stay attuned to market trends and customer needs.
* Implement damage control and expiry management strategies, maintaining quality and minimizing losses within approved limits.
* Design and execute impactful trade promotions, consumer offers, and merchandising initiatives, driving engagement and sales uplift.
* Ensure stock availability and visibility on retailer shelves, maintaining a strong brand presence and customer satisfaction.
* Attract, recruit, and retain top Sales Officers and Merchandisers, building a high-performing team that embodies the company's values and vision.
