Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead disciplinary cases and employee misconduct investigations, driving fair and timely resolutions
* Conduct thorough, independent inquiries to uncover facts and inform decision-making
* Architect and lead the end-to-end disciplinary process, maintaining meticulous records and reports
* Champion compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing expert guidance to management on disciplinary and employee relations matters
* Foster open communication between management and employees, facilitating constructive dialogue and collaboration
* Drive IR audits and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
* Deliver engaging IR-related training, empowering employees and management with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex labor relations issues
Requirements
Experience
At least 10 years
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRMS
- Master of Law (LLM)
