* Spearhead the implementation of key policies, including Sharp Tools, Label Compliance, Housekeeping, and Document Control, to ensure a safe and organized work environment. * Drive quality control initiatives, including Needle Control, Metal Detection, and MOLD prevention, to minimize risks and ensure compliance. * Oversee the maintenance of the moisture control system, updating the Hygrometer three times daily to guarantee optimal conditions. * Analyze and review daily quality reports, data, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and optimize quality standards. * Ensure the security and integrity of Merchandise Reports and Dynamic Merchandise Reports for H&M buyers. * Monitor and manage the cartoon storing area to prevent losses and maintain organization. * Collaborate with the steering committee to implement new initiatives and drive continuous improvement. * Design and deliver training and awareness programs for workers, staff, and management to enhance skills and knowledge. * Conduct regular inspections of Lux values, light boxes, and insect control measures across all areas, including sewing lines, packing, and warehouses. * Implement and enforce policies for insect killer lights, insect nets, missing needles, and idle needle management. * Verify that the relaxation system meets Buyer Standards and ensure compliance. * Oversee the use of plastic plates in finished goods cartons and ensure buyer brand protection through label and tag management. * Maintain accurate records of accessories, cutting, sewing, and finishing rejections, and ensure the fabric bin card system is up-to-date. * Calibrate measurement tapes monthly and conduct quarterly QS Audits for H&M and monthly QMS Audits for M&S. * Develop and review the Quality Manual annually and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed. * Ensure the Organogram is updated according to buyer guidelines and purchase requisitions are aligned with Buyer Findings. * Track and report on missing, broken, and blunt needle percentages monthly. * Compile and analyze CAP Reports based on Buyer and Internal Findings to drive corrective actions.
