* Drive exceptional customer experiences through prompt phone and message support, ensuring timely issue resolution and fostering brand loyalty. * Manage customer interactions, addressing queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. * Lead social media engagement as a moderator, responding to comments and inbox queries in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive online presence. * Architect and maintain accurate customer communication records, ensuring seamless issue tracking and follow-up. * Collaborate with the customer service team to deliver day-to-day support, contributing to the achievement of service excellence and business objectives.
