* Spearhead overdue reduction initiatives by strategizing with clients and stakeholders, negotiating payment terms, and driving timely follow-ups to minimize outstanding balances. * Architect and implement effective correspondence protocols, ensuring timely and compliant issuance of written communications, such as demand letters and legal notices. * Drive quality control excellence by developing and enforcing rigorous standards, streamlining processes, and guiding stakeholders to achieve optimal results. * Proactively monitor and manage assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients, Relationship Managers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate prompt issue resolution. * Design and execute targeted recovery strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to inform visit schedules, review visit reports, and adjust approaches as needed. * Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory updates, swiftly adapting recovery strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate potential risks. * Collaborate with the Legal department to expedite the issuance of notices, case filings, and other critical documents, ensuring seamless execution of recovery efforts. * Develop and disseminate regular and ad-hoc management information system (MIS) reports, providing actionable insights on key performance indicators, such as overdue accounts, credit limits, and non-performing loans. * Provide prompt and responsive support to stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Embrace a flexible and adaptive approach, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Management to drive business growth and excellence.
