• Spearhead animal husbandry initiatives, driving project execution and supervision to achieve optimal results • Oversee and optimize daily farm operations, encompassing feeding, breeding, and health management strategies • Architect and implement tailored nutrition and feeding systems to enhance livestock well-being and productivity • Develop and enforce robust disease prevention and biosecurity protocols to safeguard animal health • Analyze and enhance dairy and meat production quality, driving continuous improvement and efficiency • Lead, train, and mentor farm staff to foster a culture of excellence and high-performance • Ensure meticulous maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene of farm facilities, upholding stringent standards • Strategically manage procurement of essential resources, including feed, medicines, and equipment • Compile and present insightful reports on project progress, production metrics, and cost analysis • Foster collaborative relationships with veterinarians, stakeholders, and other key partners to drive farm success • Adapt to evolving priorities, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support farm objectives
