Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead comprehensive printing operations, encompassing various techniques such as screen printing, pigment, reactive, discharge, and digital printing.
• Drive exceptional print quality, ensuring precise color matching, shade consistency, and durability that meets or exceeds buyer standards.
• Architect and execute daily and weekly production schedules in tandem with cross-functional teams, including Planning and Production.
• Analyze and optimize key printing performance indicators, including Right-First-Time (RFT) rates, rejection rates, productivity, and machine utilization.
• Oversee the preparation of screens, color kitchen management, and chemical handling, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Streamline printing processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Sampling teams to bring new developments to life, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with buyer requirements, ZDHC standards, and chemical safety protocols.
• Manage printing costs, including ink, chemicals, and utilities consumption, to drive cost savings and profitability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing defects, such as smudging, color variation, and misprints, to maintain high-quality output.
• Ensure the proper maintenance, calibration, and upkeep of printing machines and equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
• Implement lean methodologies, including 5S and Kaizen, to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
• Foster a high-performing team through targeted development, training, and performance management initiatives.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Diploma in Printing Technology
- Certification in Textile Printing or Color Management, Chemical Management, or Lean Manufacturing
