Business Development Officer

* Spearhead client acquisition and relationship management efforts, leveraging exceptional communication skills to drive business growth and expansion. * Drive sales of software solutions, including customized software, application development, ERP solutions, and IT-enabled services, to meet and exceed business targets. * Prospect, network, and cold call to identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering a strong pipeline of potential clients and partnerships. * Leverage expertise in digital marketing and social media marketing to promote our software and IT services, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. * Architect and manage the full lifecycle of government tenders, from expression of interest to quotation submission and clarifications, ensuring seamless execution and compliance. * Navigate e-GP platforms and ensure adherence to PPR regulations, mitigating risks and optimizing tender outcomes. * Scout and track new tender opportunities from various platforms, such as All Tender, Tender Bazar, and Tender BD, to stay informed and proactive. * Collaborate with technical teams to develop a deep understanding of IT solutions, crafting compelling proposals that meet client needs and drive business success. * Develop and deliver monthly tender reports, providing insights into won, lost, shortlisted, and canceled tenders, and informing data-driven decision-making. * Design and execute daily work plans, reporting progress to management and ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Champion a culture of excellence, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to drive business growth and excellence.
