Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead client interactions across social media platforms, driving engagement and supporting marketing initiatives * Foster strong relationships with clients through multi-channel communication, ensuring seamless support and feedback * Star in video content creation, including live sessions, reels, and client success stories, showcasing expertise and building brand credibility * Deliver personalized travel consultancy, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions * Drive lead conversion, leveraging boosted ads and strategic follow-up to secure confirmed clients * Architect customized travel itineraries, quotations, and follow-up processes to ensure client satisfaction * Navigate clients through visa applications, documentation, and submission, minimizing rejection risks with expert guidance * Collaborate with senior team members to process and submit applications for top-tier countries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery * Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring regular updates and follow-ups to guarantee exceptional service * Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and poise, prioritizing prompt resolution and client satisfaction * Stay ahead of the curve with evolving immigration policies and embassy requirements, applying knowledge to optimize service delivery * Partner with marketing and operations teams to streamline processes, ensure synergy, and drive business growth * Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company events, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement * Embrace adaptability, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to drive team success
