Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, driving the identification and hiring of top talent to fuel business growth.
* Partner with hiring managers to decipher job requirements and team needs, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
* Architect and execute strategic talent sourcing plans, leveraging job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract high-caliber candidates.
* Lead the screening and shortlisting of candidates, conducting initial interviews and coordinating technical evaluations to assess skills and fit.
* Foster a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady supply of talent to meet evolving business needs.
* Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and a positive overall interaction with the company.
* Drive offer negotiations and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and setting them up for success.
* Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives, organizing events and activities that promote a positive work culture and encourage collaboration.
* Oversee disciplinary actions and adherence to company policies, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to employee management.
* Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement, motivation, and job satisfaction, driving a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
Experience
3 to 6 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Additional Requirements
- Only Female
- Experience in IT/Tech recruitment will be given preference
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search will be an advantage
