* Deliver dynamic spoken English classes that drive student engagement and participation * Monitor and analyze student progress, providing constructive feedback to inform instruction * Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans, worksheets, and speaking exercises that cater to diverse learning needs * Manage accurate and up-to-date student performance records, identifying areas for improvement * Cultivate a supportive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their goals * Provide one-on-one guidance and address student inquiries, tailoring support to individual needs * Spearhead student preparation for high-stakes interviews and speaking tests, building confidence and competence * Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the office, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
