Jr. Consultant/ Consultant (Paediatrics)

• Deliver exceptional pediatric care through accurate diagnoses, effective treatments, and thorough follow-ups across various settings, including outpatient departments, emergency rooms, wards, and neonatal intensive care units. • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, comprising Medical Officers, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless management of pediatric cases and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Drive timely and effective responses to emergency situations, critical cases, and rostered duties, prioritizing patient safety and well-being. • Architect and maintain robust documentation systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records, discharge summaries, and reports that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. • Foster strong relationships with patients' families through empathetic communication, clear explanations of conditions and treatment plans, and personalized counseling to support informed decision-making. • Champion academic excellence and professional growth by participating in training initiatives, capacity-building programs, and knowledge-sharing activities that enhance the skills and expertise of junior doctors and staff.
