Associate Professor/ Profesor - Department of Computer Science and Engineering

* Spearhead academic excellence by delivering high-quality lectures and instruction in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering * Mentor and guide students through thesis supervision, academic advising, and research projects to foster their intellectual growth and development * Drive academic and non-academic initiatives that promote student success, faculty collaboration, and community engagement * Architect and implement innovative curricula, courses, and programs that align with industry trends and emerging technologies * Lead and participate in departmental and university-wide committees to shape academic policies, procedures, and strategic plans * Foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and research excellence within the department, encouraging students and faculty to push boundaries and explore new frontiers * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and community leaders, to promote the department's reputation and advance its mission * Manage and contribute to the development of academic programs, ensuring they remain relevant, rigorous, and responsive to the needs of students, industry, and society.
